The Applied Mycology Group at 麻豆社 is working in partnership with the contemporary artist Anna Dumitriu to develop and create an innovative new body of sculptural artworks as part of '' – an artistic exploration of mycotoxins – and raise awareness of their significant impact on human and animal health, as well as on the food industry. The project is embracing how mycotoxins impacted society in the past and present and how they will be in a climate change scenario.
