Jin is best known for founding Supply Chain Coordination Limited (SCCL) which he designed, built and led from a paper concept to £3.4bn of revenues. SCCL is one of the most powerful procurement entities in Europe, and the pre-eminent end-to-end supply chain provider of Medical Devices and Clinical Consumables (MDCC). Increased UK central procurement market share from 36% to 68%, delivering £1.9bn savings within two years for frontline NHS services.
He also operated as a lead executive in the UK Government Commercial Organisation supporting logistics across many government departments and has been recognised in major Government, health, and logistics awards.
Jin is currently CEO of Epscot Limited, a management consulting and advisory firm supporting companies with public sector market access and growth. He is also an advisor to Bain Consulting, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Cranfield School of Management and was a NED at GS1.
He holds an MSc. in Operations Management and has attended both Harvard and Stanford Business Schools.
